Meet your Inspector
Hey, I’m Jordan, owner of Obsidian Home Inspections.
When I’m not inspecting homes, you’ll probably find me kayaking, spending time outdoors, or running a Dungeons & Dragons campaign with friends. I’ve always been someone who pays attention to the details, whether it’s building out a story or taking a closer look at how something works.
I got into home inspecting because of my wife, who’s a realtor. Seeing the time, care, and effort she puts into helping her clients made me want to be part of that process and support people during such an important decision.
For me, home inspecting is about helping people understand what they’re stepping into. I take pride in being thorough, approachable, and easy to work with. I don’t just point out issues. I make sure you understand what they mean and what comes next.
As a certified inspector following the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, I approach every home with the same level of care I would expect for my own family.
